· We welcome you “Snowbirds” to come and spend an extended stay with us to see southwest Louisiana and all of its beauty. What you will find is our weather conditions are not that different from south Texas. You can see more details in the following table. In short, you may experience slightly cooler mornings in southwest Louisiana than in south Texas. However, you would enjoy less windy days in southwest Louisiana than in south Texas for you to get out and visit southwest Louisiana. We look forward to seeing you soon!
